*Avion is not liable or responsible for any import taxes or customs due on your order. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by Avion or refunded. Please check with your local government before ordering.*

Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your order.  

Once you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details. Please let us know as quickly as possible if you haven't received an email from us within 20 minutes of placing your order:

We truly hope that you love your new Avion purchase, however, we are here to help if you need to make a return. We kindly ask if you could check your measurements against our Size Guide before purchasing.

If, for any reason, you need to return your order we are happy to offer a full refund on full-priced items or exchange when the return complies with our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy:

Avion accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:

- Item is unworn, unwashed, unused, unexposed to perfume or cosmetics and in its original condition with all tags intact.

- The returned item is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

 - We are unable to review any jacket via email or phone. All items must be physically returned to Avion. 

-  Items bought on sale can be exchanged for a different size but cannot be returned for a refund.

How to return an item:


Customers Located in Australia:

For change of mind or size changes, please follow our returns process below:

  1. Email us at within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason for return. Please advise if you would like to exchange your item or if you would prefer a refund. 
  1. We will then email you a return form. If you could please complete this and include with your returned item. 
  1. Package the jacket in original packaging with the completed Returns Form and lodge at an Australia Post facility, at your own cost, over the counter within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Please retain your tracking number & Australia Post receipt for proof of lodgement. Please send to:


For faulty Items:

Avion will pay for return shipping costs for faulty item and offer a full refund.  Simply email us at


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying receipt of the returned item, along with approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange/credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of when we receive the return. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only. All refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss, will not be covered within the refund process. Avion does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).

Avion is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Avion reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Avion does not cover the cost of international or local returns, unless the garment is faulty.

Late or missing refunds 

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 12 days, please contact us at
